Sometimes the market surprises you. This past weekend was one of those times.

When I walked through this home for the first time I knew immediately the sellers had truly cared for this property — every room reflected attention, pride, and love. My job wasn't to transform the house. It was to make sure the story was told.

Ida Randall with Knoxville Staging Services gave the living room the finishing touch — a small investment that elevated the feel of the home. Elevated Media Company captured it beautifully in their photography and on Monday, February 16th, we launched the home as Coming Soon.

Showings began Friday, February 20th.

By Sunday at 5:00 PM, we had hosted over 72 showings and were holding 16 offers in hand. It felt like 2021|2022 again.
